We manage all projects on a 'turnkey' basis, overseeing the process from initial preparatory analysis, data collection in collaboration with accounting, preparation of the credit application, review of commercial terms from the offer, and credit/financing/capital increase agreement, to negotiations with financial institutions or investors, culminating in the conclusion of the transaction.
